Payment
Payment must be made at time of order with Master Card, Visa or Discover.
Shipping
All orders are shipped via UPS Ground except fabric swatches which are shipped via USPS.
Shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstance.
Returns
Returns are generally not accepted since all items are custom made. Items that have been personalized with a monogram are not returnable under any circumstance.
We must be notified about any problem with your order within 72 hours of delivery.
If any item has a flaw that missed our quality control we will be happy to have the item shipped back to us for immediate repair or replacement. We have it shipped back to us at no cost to you and we will pay to ship it or the replacement item back to you. Please keep in mind that silk fabric does have naturally occuring flaws and we will not replace items due to those flaws.
You have 72 hours after your order placement to cancel your order. Please notify us via phone or email if you decide to cancel.
Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge will be refused.
We do not refund shipping costs or credit card fees. They will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.
